Cancellation Policy

Additional charges may apply to heavily soiled duties. Payments always accepted after services have been rendered to ensure both parties are satisfied with the results. If I feel I could not deliver on my end of the service, or if there is a step that was not deemed necessary, then I will NOT charge you for that service, but I will always discuss this manner with you as it comes to my attention to give you a clear intention of the final results and price, so there are no surprises when it comes to the final reveal... because nobody likes surprises. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, will you please give me a notification at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled service for my convenience, because time is more valuable than money, you know.
